Eligible persons	Individuals or group of individuals who are owning a building within the area of operation of the Bank.
Quantum	Not exceeding Rs.20 lakhs or 50% of the estimated value of the property whichever is less.
Rate of Interest	11% p.a. (subject to change from time to time).
Repayment period	Maximum 10 years. (EMI)
